it's been awhile...

well it's been a while, actually FOREVER... so long can't recall. Just wanted to say how proud i am to be a wife and mother! Our son will be turning 7 in June and daughter 3 in May! Where has the time gone?

The weather is being ify and driving me insane. Today great and watch out tomorrow ... part of living in the White Mountains.

All is great with James & I going to be celebrating our 12 year anniversary in July, yaHoo!!

What I am~

I am, a mother , a wife, a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a sister, a sister-in-law, a grand-daughter, a niece, a cousin, a friend. I am a partner, a Team Leader for The Pampered Chef, a young girl, a goofball & a grown woman. I am confident and scared, terrified and excited. I am loving and caring, and thoughtful, and hopeful. I am sick and tired. I am shy and friendly and, careful and careless. I am broken and whole. I am misunderstood, misguided, and mislead. I am hard working and determined, but a little scared on the inside. I wish on stars and dream my dreams. I pray to God and cry my tears. I listen to others who won't listen to me. I walk on eggshells, and I walk on fire. I believe in passion and true love. I am everything and nothing all at once and I all I want is for those that I love to be safe always!

Footprints in the Sand!

Footprints Poem

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonging to him and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all the way, however I noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there was only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why, when I needed you most you would leave me."

The Lord replied, "my precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
